Job Description

Position Title: Full-Time Intern
Department: Sales and Marketing Department
Location: Main Office
Reporting To: Sales and Marketing Department
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: NPR 9,000 (Gross) + up to NPR 1,000 for fuel
Educational Qualification:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Sales Activities:
Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and preparing sales materials.
Participate in sales calls and meetings to understand client needs and present our services.
Help maintain the CRM system by updating client information and tracking sales activities.
Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education consultancy sector.
Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Gather and analyze data to understand the preferences and behaviors of our target audience.
Event Support:
Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, workshops, and education fairs.
Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure successful event execution.
Support on-site activities during events, including registration and attendee engagement.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support team activities.
Assist with any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Professional Development:
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing.
Take initiative to learn about the education consultancy industry and Orchard Institute’s services.
